PRIOR TO DELIVERY ...

  • Measure all exterior and interior doorways to insure the furniture will fit.
  • All walkways and hallways need to be free from obstacles.
  • During winter, driveways and walkways need to be clear of snow and ice.  Please sand where needed.

DAY OF DELIVERY ...

  • Delivery will be by employees of Buck's Furniture.
  • Have the room ready for delivery.  Our drivers are not authorized to move old furniture (unless part of trade).
  • Our delivery personnel cannot take off their shoes or boots.  We do have a runner, but any other covering needed is the customers responsibility.

 SCHEDULING DELIVERY ...

  • When all items are received, we will call you a couple of days before we are in your area to arrange for delivery.  We will give you general time slots of morning or afternoon.
  • Customers unable to accept delivery will be placed back into rotation and could be another 7 to 14 days.
  • If delivery is confirmed and you are not there to accept delivery, you will be charged for a second delivery.

 GLOVE PROTECTION ...

  • If you purchased a glove protection plan and you have a problem, call us immediately at 800-848-3537 and we will do whatever is needed to remedy the problem.
  • If you did not purchase a glove protection plan, we will give you the factory number for reference.  We will not provide free service.

 DELIVERY FEES ...

  • Deluxe Delivery                               $75.00   Everything set up, Debris taken away
  • Specified Date & Time                   $225.00
  • Store to door within 24 hours          $120.00   (this is a tailgate delivery.  you unload and unpack)

 ANY COD'S MUST BE PAID BEFORE OR AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
